**The event is held on the rodeo grounds of the Darby Rodeo, with a large open rodeo arena and bleachers. There are various types of terrain throughout the venue which, grassy areas, hard packed dirt, and gravel roadways. Plan accordingly as there are some distances to be covered to get to the various areas of the rodeo grounds, arena and by stage on the site, and as with any natural terrain, rain can impact the conditions.
We want everyone to have fun time in a safe and friendly environment.
All people attending Darby Music Fest do so at their own risk. No liability is assumed by owners, managers, promoters, sponsors or others associated with the event.
**A service animal’ means “any dog that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability. The work or tasks performed by a service animal must be directly related to the handler’s disability. Emotional support or comfort animals are not considered service animals under the ADA and therefore are not allowed.
Any violations of festival policies will be subject to immediate removal from grounds and subject to fines according to state and local ordinances.
All bags, sacks, purses, and anything else that a person is carrying are subject to inspection upon entry and other festival secured areas. Security will be tight entering.
