Ticketing Policy

Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

• Darby Music Fest is not responsible for lost, stolen, or forgotten tickets.
• All ages are welcome to the event. Everyone over 8 years of age must purchase a ticket.
• No children allowed in VIP area. they must be accompanied at all times. 
• Everyone will exchange their ticket for their color coordinated wristband for the specific tier of tickets.
• All VIP ticket holders will enter only through the VIP Entrance only by VIP parking area and given a VIP Wristband.
• All Skybox owners may purchase up to (10) General Admission tix
• All Party Deck owners may purchase up to (20)                        General Admission tickets
• All Skybox owners and Party Deck owners will be responsible for purchasing a General Admission ticket for each person. Special wristbands for these areas will be exchanged for each ticket.
• Darby Music Fest will take place RAIN or SHINE - The Show Will Go ON!
• Cancellation of or impact on the event from an act of God, Strikes, epidemics, and any act or order of any public authority or any cause, similar or dissimilar, beyond the control of Darby Music Fest, reserves ticket holder/purchaser no right to refund or exchange, and Darby Music Fest is not obligated to provide a substitute performance.
• Hold on to your specific wristband while at the Festival, you cannot re-enter without it on. If you lose it and / or leave, you must purchase a new ticket (if available) to enter.
• ETix is the official online ticketing site for the Darby Music Fest (links to ETix for Darby Music Fest can also be found on darbyrodeo.org). Darby Music Fest is not responsible for tickets purchased at any other non-affiliated third-party websites, as tickets may be lost, stolen or counterfeit, and will not be honored by the festival. It is unlawful to obtain or attempt to obtain admission by fraud. 
• If you purchased your tickets through the Darby Music Fest official site and need your tickets reprinted for any reason, must show proof of purchase/ credit card used to purchase tickets and a valid ID at the Darby Rodeo Box Office. All online tickets are print at home only or show on Mobile device.
• Darby Music Fest/Darby Rodeo Association reserves the right to refuse and/or revoke any ticketed admission without refund.
• Performers, artist, and acts are subject to change or cancellation at any time without notice. No refund will be owed if any performer, artist, act or any other schedule performance, person or group is changed or cancelled, and the event still occurs.
• Both cash and most major credit cards will be accepted on-site.
• Single-day tickets MAY be available, we will sell passes at the box office for a higher price Called Day of Ticket pricing.
